Dylan Glenn is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department. He represents public and private companies in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country with experience at both the trial and appellate levels as well as in arbitrations. Dylan's primary focus is on class actions, mass torts, and products-liability cases, but he also has experience handling environmental litigations, business-to-business disputes, government enforcement actions, and complex insurance recoveries. He brings sophisticated research, writing, and oral-advocacy skills to each matter, distilling complex issues to achieve successful outcomes.

Dylan also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers in immigration proceedings and prisoners in civil-rights litigations. He previously served on the firm’s Recruiting Committee.

Dylan joined Latham after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School in 2017. During his time at the University of Michigan, Dylan served as the chairman of the First Year Information Program, which provides mentorship to first-year students and he was a member of the Law School Admissions Committee, assisting the Admissions Office with recruiting and outreach.

  • Vivid Seats and Ticket Fulfillment Services in several class and individual lawsuits related to event cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Weyerhaeuser in several class and individual lawsuits and arbitrations alleging products-liability, warranty, and consumer-fraud claims related to floor joists
  • Navistar, a global transportation company, in the defense of a class action related to damages caused by alleged MaxxForce Exhaust Gas Recirculation engine defects
