Edward Coates is an associate in the Corporate Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Edward primarily advises clients including financial sponsors, corporates, and management teams on private equity, venture capital and cross-border M&A transactions, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Edward was an associate in the corporate department of a major international law firm, based in London and has also spent time working in its offices in Hong Kong and Paris.
