Eli draws on experience advising a full spectrum of emerging companies, including in the SaaS, fintech, AI, life sciences and digital health, FoodTech, and e-commerce sectors. He also has particular experience representing Latin America tech companies. He also advises venture capital funds and strategic investors, so he understands early-stage transactions from all angles.
Eli brings an empathetic perspective to his engagements, informed by his experience as the former chief legal and business affairs officer of a venture-backed SaaS adtech company — where he led a successful exit, his experience living and working in Latin America, and his understanding of the legal landscape from boutique practice to big law. He is a member of Latham’s Hispanic and Latin American Lawyers Group.
