Elizaveta Bacheyeva is counsel in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.

She specializes in various financing transactions such as syndicated lending, project and real estate finance, as well as securitizations and structured finance and financial restructurings. Elizaveta has extensive experience representing both arrangers and borrowers in complex cross-border transactions and advising on different aspects of financial and bank regulation. 

Elizavetha’s representative experience includes advising:

  • HSBC, Unicredit, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, Banca Intesa, and other global banks on a range of financing transactions across the CIS region
