Elliott Greb is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins. 

Mr. Greb advises public and private companies in intellectual property disputes by providing analysis and preventative counseling in all aspects of litigation. He primarily focuses on patent litigation disputes, drawing on his experience as a mechanical engineer. He also advises clients in technology transactions regarding the intellectual property issues of license agreements and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Greb advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to intellectual property disputes, including patent, trade secret, and trademark issues. He works with innovative technology companies which are known for developing leading products within the semiconductor, networking, and automotive industries.

He maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing individuals seeking asylum.

Mr. Greb graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law, magna cum laude, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He is also an active practitioner with the United States Patent & Trademark Office. While attending USD, he was an active member of the Intellectual Property Law Association.

Before joining Latham, Mr. Greb worked as a mechanical engineer at Northrop Grumman focusing on designing autonomous drones for various branches of the United States military.
