    Prior to joining Latham full-time, Emma was a summer associate in the New York office.

    Emma earned her JD cum laude from Duke University School of Law and her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

    • Endeavor in its pending US$13 billion sale to Silver Lake
    • Endeavor in its pending US$3.25 billion sale of Professional Bull Riders, IMG, and On Location to TKO
    • Diamond Baseball Holdings, a Silver Lake portfolio company, in the acquisition of several MLB Professional Development League Clubs
    • Authentic Brands Group in its acquisition of Champion
    • Apollo in its proposed US$3.6 billion take-private acquisition of Barnes Group
