Esther Pai is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Pai advises clients regarding internal investigations, intellectual property matters, and complex commercial litigation. Her experience includes defending clients in the biotechnology and software development industries. Ms. Pai also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Ms. Pai graduated from Berkeley Law, where she received the Dean’s Fellowship. While attending law school, Ms. Pai served as a judicial extern in the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
Prior to law school, Ms. Pai worked as an auditor in public accounting and as an analyst in the technology sector. She also attained a Certified Public Accountant license and holds a master’s degree.
