Mr. Aluyen's experience includes advising:

  • The underwriters in connection with the US$8 billion SEC-registered note offering of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, consisting of US$1.5 billion 4.625% notes due 2029, US$3 billion 5.125% notes due 2034, and US$3.5 billion 5.5% notes due 2054
  • The initial purchasers on the issuance of US$900 million sustainability-linked senior secured notes by Reno de Medici S.p.A
  • WE Soda on its issuance of US$800 million senior secured notes due 2028 and the subsequent tap offering of US$180 million of the same notes
  • WE Soda on its contemplated initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange
  • The initial purchasers in connection with SEC-registered issuance of US$3 billion of notes by the Asian Infrastructure Development Bank (AIIB), a multilateral development bank
  • WE Soda on its issuance of US$500 million senior secured notes due 2031
