Latham Advises Ericsson on Network API Joint Venture
Landmark agreement will accelerate adoption and innovation of network APIs.
Francesca Forzoni is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.
Francesca represents clients on a broad range of work, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate governance matters.
She maintains an active pro bono practice, representing charities in respect of corporate governance matters and individuals from lower income backgrounds in partnership with the Bethnal Green Legal Advice Centre.
Francesca serves as the London co-leader of the Women Lawyers Group as well as the co-leader of the Global Junior Associate Development subcommittee of the Women Lawyers Group.
Prior to qualification, Francesca spent two years training in the firm’s London office, gaining a variety of experience in corporate, leveraged finance, antitrust and competition, and debt capital markets.
