Gabby Tavarez

Gabriela (Gabby) Tavarez is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and Banking Practice.

Ms. Tavarez represents investment and commercial banks, private companies, and private equity funds in acquisitions and leveraged financings.

Ms. Tavarez also maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing individuals seeking asylum.

Before joining Latham, Ms. Tavarez spent time on secondment in the New York office. While in law school, she and her team placed first in the Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial Competition.
