Gabe Marx is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Marx advises public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and other transactions. 

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Marx was a summer associate in the Washington, D.C. office and a judicial extern for Chief Special Master Brian H. Corcoran at the Office of Special Masters in the US Court of Federal Claims. 

Mr. Marx maintains an active pro bono practice, providing legal advice to small businesses and entrepreneurs on corporate governance, formation, commercial agreements, and intellectual property issues.

Mr. Marx attended Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Wake Forest Law Review and was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Marx also received the Dean Suzanne Reynolds Award for the highest grade in Entertainment Law Drafting.
