Gabriela (Gabbie) Chartier is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Gabbie advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to white collar investigations and defense, as well as complex commercial litigation. As part of her active pro bono practice, Gabbie assists in promoting principles of juvenile justice.  

Gabbie received her JD, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center where she served as the senior symposium and development editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. In this capacity, she oversaw the Journal’s 2021 Symposium titled "Democracy in Transition." Gabbie also held two judicial internships with the US District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Before joining Latham, Gabbie worked at a public relations and crisis communications firm where she served clients with various publicity and crisis management needs.
