Gabrielle L. Blum is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Blum represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and investment banks in a variety of transactions and financings, including registered and unregistered debt and equity securities offerings. She also advises companies on public reporting obligations and other general corporate matters.

Ms. Blum received her JD from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. In addition, she served as an intern for Chief Judge Barbara M.G. Lynn of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and as a summer associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
