Greer Gaddie is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Greer represents clients in capital markets transactions and advises public companies on corporate governance and securities law matters.

Greer served as a member of Latham’s Associates Committee from 2022 to April 2024. She earned her JD from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Texas Law Review.

Before joining the firm, Greer served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Lance M. Africk of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Greer’s recent experience includes representing:

  • UL Solutions Inc. in connection with its upsized US$1.08 billion initial public offering
  • UL Solutions Inc. in connection with its inaugural private offering of US$300 million of senior notes
  • The underwriters in the US$483 million initial public offering of Definitive Healthcare Corp.
  • The initial purchasers in multiple offerings of common stock by certain selling stockholders of Construction Partners, Inc.
  • Beyond Meat, Inc. in its upsized US$1.15 billion convertible senior notes offering
  • Cars.com Inc. in its US$400 million high yield notes offering
  • The underwriters in the US$190 million offering of common stock by Sprout Social, Inc. and certain selling stockholders
  • The underwriters in the US$2 billion initial public offering for Dun & Bradstreet Holdings, Inc.
