Haim Zaltzman advises private capital, growth equity, and emerging growth clients — particularly in the technology and healthcare industries. Haim serves as Global Vice Chair of Latham’s Emerging Companies & Growth Practice and as a member of the firm’s Strategic Initiative and Private Capital Committees.
Haim represents borrowers, sponsors, financial institutions, and emerging companies in debt financing transactions.
He also represents growth companies, sponsors, financial institutions, and other participants in the growth space in private capital transactions, with a focus on structured equity debt and other corporate transactions.

More than US$100 billion in growth debt transactions (venture, structured, royalty, and lower middle- market deals)
Hundreds of billions of dollars worth of private equity and growth equity financings (acquisitions, add-ons, refinancings, etc.)
