Haley McGlynn provides strategic advice and guidance to the firm to reduce legal risk. She combines her litigation experience with a detail-oriented perspective to help the firm navigate:
- Risk management decisions related to firm policies and initiatives
- Employment matters, including leaves, accommodations, employment policies, and internal investigations
- Open claims and circumstances
- Strategy and communications with the firm’s professional liability carriers and outside counsel or opposing counsel
Ms. McGlynn serves on the firm’s Ethics Committee and collaborates with the Privacy and Security Committees. She was an integral part of the firm’s strategy around return-to-office policies and procedures. Before joining Latham, Ms. McGlynn worked as a litigation associate with a boutique litigation firm in Chicago.
