Hamna Ahmad advises public company clients on corporate, securities, governance, reporting, and disclosure issues, including compliance with Exchange Act requirements, proxy rules, insider trading rules, stock exchange governance rules, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and related regulations.
Her clients include both US and foreign New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq-listed companies across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on technology, life sciences, and retail.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Hamna was a summer associate in the New York office. While in law school, Hamna was a member of the Journal of Law and Politics.
