Hamna Ahmad is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Ahmad represents various types of clients in connection with public company representation, mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies, and capital markets.

Ms. Ahmad maintains an active pro bono practice, representing non-profit entities on corporate formation and victims of domestic violence in immigration matters.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Ahmad was a summer associate in the New York office.

While in law school, Ms. Ahmad was a member of the Journal of Law and Politics. She also served on the boards of the Muslim Law Students Association and Women of Color, an organization that promotes the welfare of minority women at the law school.
