Hanna Downing is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Hanna has served as a judicial intern for US District Court Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto of the Eastern District of New York and US District Court Chief Judge Lee H. Rosenthal of the Southern District of Texas.

While attending New York University School of Law, she was a research assistant for the Grunin Center for Law and Social Entrepreneurship and co-authored The State of Social Enterprise and the Law 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 report.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Hanna was a summer associate in the New York office.
