Hannah Fan is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.

Ms. Fan advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to patent litigation, including technology matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the International Trade Commission.

While in law school, Ms. Fan served on the executive board for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and was a judicial intern for Judge G. Michael Harvey in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She also won the Best Brief award in the Rothwell Intellectual Property Law Moot Court Competition.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fan received her BS in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and worked as an engineer for a Fortune 500 multi-industry company.

Ms. Fan currently serves on the board of the Pauline Newman IP American Inn of Court.
