Hannah Fan is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.
Hannah advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to patent litigation, including technology matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the International Trade Commission, federal district courts, and the Federal Circuit.
Hannah maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in asylum and housing matters.
While in law school, Hannah served on the executive board for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and was a judicial intern for Judge G. Michael Harvey in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She also won the Best Brief award in the Rothwell Intellectual Property Law Moot Court Competition.
Prior to attending law school, Hannah received her BS in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and worked as an engineer for a Fortune 500 multi-industry company.
