    Ms. Valentine represents private equity funds on mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged financing transactions.

    She advises clients on a variety of transactions within the financial services industry. 

    Before joining Latham, Ms. Valentine worked as a CPA in New York City, performing financial statement audits for private equity and hedge fund clients.
