Heidi’s representative experience includes advising:

  • LG Display on a series of transactions to dispose of its entire interest in LG Display (China) and LG Display (Guangzhou), which manufacture liquid crystal display (LCD) panels and modules in China, as it shifts its focus to organic light-emitting diode (OLED) technology
  • Warburg Pincus on the joint venture with Lendlease's life science business in Asia to launch a specialist real estate platform capitalizing on the growing life sciences sector in Asia Pacific
  • Fedrigoni, a global manufacturer in specialty papers for luxury packaging and other creative applications, on its acquisition of a majority stake in BoingTech, a subsidiary of Shanghai Inlay Link Inc (a NEEQ-listed Chinese holding company) and pioneer in the manufacturing of RFID inlays and tags
  • Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) on its acquisition of Tower Vision India Private Limited, a company engaged in the provision of passive telecommunication infrastructure services through towers in India, from Tower Vision Mauritius Limited
  • Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board on the acquisition of a significant majority stake in Sahyadri Hospitals Group, an India-based private hospital chain in the state of Maharashtra, from the Everstone Group 
  • Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) as lead investor on the US$105 million Series D funding round of CleverTap, a leading global B2B SaaS platform for customer engagement and retention
  • Online Mobile Services Joint Stock Company (MoMo), Vietnam’s largest e-wallet company and one of the fastest growing fintech applications in Asia, on its Series E fundraising, led by lead investor Mizuho Bank, along with external investor Ward Ferry and existing shareholders Goodwater Capital and Kora Capital
  • Tybourne Capital Management on a US$96 million Series C investment into Kopi Kenangan, Indonesia's fastest growing New Retail F&B chain
  • Tencent on its US$1.38 billion take-private of the HKSE-listed Leyou Technologies, an international game development and distribution company, by way of a scheme of arrangement  
  • ARA Asset Management Group on a strategic acquisition of a majority stake in the LOGOS Property Group, a logistics real estate development platform 
  • Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited on the C$498 million acquisition of Hylife Investments Ltd.
