Henry Zaytoun represents corporate and individual clients in securities and complex commercial litigation, as well as in government investigations and enforcement proceedings in federal court.

Henry advises clients in all aspects of litigation, including high-stakes motions and trial preparation. He represents corporations, directors, officers, and other individuals in federal courts, and in investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, and other governmental authorities.

Henry also maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently assisting a military veteran in a dispute concerning healthcare-related benefits.

Before joining Latham, Henry served as a law clerk to Judge Thomas L. Kirsch II of the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Judge James C. Dever III of the US District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Henry graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as an articles editor of the North Carolina Law Review.
