Iryna Onyshchenko is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins’ Los Angeles office.
Iryna advises public and private companies and represents clients on a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters relating to:
- Mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
- Structuring and maintaining benefits and compensation plans and arrangements, including equity and other incentive-based compensation
- Public company representation, including preparing proxy materials and securities filings related to executive compensation matters
- Designing and implementing various compensation arrangements for executives and employees
Before joining Latham, Iryna worked as an associate in the tax practice group of an international law firm's Kyiv office.
