Jack Neff is a corporate associate in the New York office and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Jack represents issuers, funds, and financial institutions in a variety of corporate and finance transactions with a focus on equity derivatives. He has experience with convertible note issuances and related hedging overlays, equity options, monetization transactions, margin loans, and the formation of emerging companies.

He advises clients on a variety of transactions within the financial, real estate, pharmaceutical, and technology industries, among others.

Jack maintains an active pro bono practice, representing domestic abuse survivors, children, and victims of violent crimes in immigration proceedings.

Jack has served as both a director and chief financial officer of the University of Delaware Men’s Crew Alumni Association.

Jack’s representative experience includes advising:

  • Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse on several convertible bond issuances, registered borrow facilities, and related hedge transactions, with, among others, Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Pinduoduo, Baozun, NIO, Gogo, NII Holdings, GDS, Twilio, Blackline, China Lodging, and Air Transport Services Group
  • Several issuer clients on at the market and underwritten forward equity offerings including Kilroy Realty, Spirit Realty, Sempra Energy, and Four Corners Property Trust
  • BNP Paribas, Citibank, and Credit Suisse on a number of margin financing transactions with private equity sponsors and corporate counterparties, including Gazit Globe and Liberty Media
  • Several issuer clients on convertible bond hedge and synthetic acquisition transactions, including Wix, Ligand, Encore, Owens-Illinois, and Hornbeck Offshore Services
