Jacqueline Yonover is an associate in the Paris and London offices of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.
Jacqueline has experience representing both underwriters and issuers in debt and equity financings, including SEC-registered offerings, private placements, cross-border transactions, leveraged buyouts, and consent solicitations across a broad range of industries. In addition, Jacqueline’s experience includes representing ongoing public company clients with respect to general corporate governance matters, SEC compliance and securities law issues, disclosure and reporting obligations, including preparation of SEC disclosure documents, and listed company obligations.
Jacqueline graduated cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served as notes editor for the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. She received her Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations and bachelor's degrees in Global Studies and Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Prior to joining Latham, Jacqueline was a judicial extern for Judge Anne M. Burk of the Illinois Supreme Court.
