Jane Ehinmoro

Jane Ehinmoro is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Ms. Ehinmoro’s principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and emerging companies and venture capital. She has diverse transactional experience and frequently counsels clients across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Ehinmoro was an associate in the Houston office of an international leading law firm, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions. She also advised early-stage companies on general strategic, governance, compliance, and corporate matters.

Ms. Ehinmoro currently serves as a Director of the Harvard Law School Alumni Association of Houston.
