Jason Wang

Jason is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Jason represents investment and commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings. 

Prior to joining Latham, Jason was a banking and finance associate another leading law firm.

While attending law school, Jason served as an editor of the Food & Drug Law Journal.
