• Innobic (Asia) Company Limited, a wholly-owned life science arm of PTT Public Company Limited, in its investment as part of a consortium in Alvogen Emerging Market Holdings Limited
• PIPE investment by PTT Public Company in Lotus Pharmaceutical, a Taiwan-based pharmaceutical company
