Jay Aaron Winkelman

Jay Winkelman is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Jay received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as a staff member of the American Criminal Law Review.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Jay was a summer associate in the New York office. He previously served as a judicial intern to Judge Rosemary Collyer of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
