Jennifer Danilenko

Jennifer Danilenko is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Jennifer represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

Jennifer earned her JD from the New York University School of Law, where she was editor of the NYU Law Review. While in law school, Jennifer was an intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and at the New York State Department of Financial Services.
