Jennifer Dweck is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.
Jennifer represents financial institutions, as well as borrowers and issuers, in a wide variety of leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financings.
Prior to joining Latham, Jennifer was an associate at another major international law firm, where she focused primarily on representing public companies and private equity sponsors in complex acquisition financings.
