Jeremie Ruiz is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Ruiz is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice and of the Takeover Defense & Shareholder Activism group.
Mr. Ruiz represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers, strategic acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Mr. Ruiz also represents the management and directors of public corporations on takeover defense planning, shareholder activism, and related corporate governance matters.
Before joining Latham, Mr. Ruiz worked as a mergers and acquisitions associate in the Parisian office of another leading international law firm.
