Jesse Haywood Kirkland

Jesse Kirkland is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Jesse received his JD from New York University School of Law. While attending law school, he served as a senior editor for the NYU Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law. Jesse was also a member of the Technology Law and Policy clinic, where he assisted creative artists and software engineers with intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Jesse was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office. Before attending law school, he was an arts administrator in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
