Jesse has significant experience representing financial institutions and other alternative financing providers in a broad range of leveraged finance transactions. He primarily handles acquisition financings and cross-border transactions.
Jesse has advised on countless investment grade, pro-rata term loan, large-cap syndicated, middle market, and direct lending financings. He has also represented corporate borrowers in some of their most significant and transformative acquisition financings. He regularly handles major financing transactions for clients such as Jefferies, UBS, Goldman Sachs, Guggenheim Partners, and others.
