Jessica draws on extensive experience on both sides of a transaction and a sophisticated understanding of public company governance to guide private equity firms, investment banks, and public and private companies on a wide range of matters, including:

She maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients in immigration-related matters through KIND and Human Rights First.

While attending law school, Jessica interned for Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly and served as a comparative constitutionalism research assistant.
