Joe leverages experience guiding clients on transactions with an aggregate consideration exceeding US$40 billion in the past five years to represent buyers in their most complex transactions and related financing.

A recognized industry thought leader, he served on Law360’s 2021 Private Equity Editorial Board.   

Before joining Latham, Joe was a partner at another global law firm, where he served as vice chair, as a special advisor to the chair, and as a member of its Global Board and Management and Executive Committees.
