Once completed Cedar LNG will be the first floating LNG project in North America*

• Motiva in the negotiation of multiple EPC, EPCM, and procurement agreements in connection with a multibillion-dollar expansion of its existing petrochemical complex in Port Arthur, Texas*
• Sasol in the development and construction of its multibillion-dollar chemical complex in Lake Charles, Louisiana, winner of IJ Global's 2015 award for deal of the year in the North America Petrochemicals category*

• Mexico Pacific Limited LLC in the drafting and negotiation of EPC agreements for the pipeline and compressor stations associated with MPL’s proposed multibillion-dollar liquefied natural gas export terminal and storage facility, to be located in Sonora, Mexico*
• A midstream logistics infrastructure company in the drafting and negotiation of engineering and construction agreements in connection with the development of a 690-mile-long, 42-inch diameter natural gas transportation pipeline, and associated facilities to transport natural gas from the Permian Basin in West, Texas, to the Gulf of Mexico near Louisiana*
• Talos Energy in multiple project agreements (including fabrication and installation agreements associated with multiple offshore wells) in connection with Talos’ development of the Zama field, offshore Mexico*

• Genera PR, LLC on all construction and procurement matters in connection with its mandate to operate, maintain, and decommission the power generation facilities in Puerto Rico on behalf of PREPA. This includes the procurement and installation of turbines, battery storage systems, and other capital equipment and the arraignment of long term service agreements with original equipment manufacturers*
• Grid United on construction and procurement matters in connection with North Gila - Imperial Valley #2 Project, a 97-mile 500kV expansion between the North Gila area (southwest Arizona) and Imperial Valley area (southern California)*
