Julianne Campbell is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Campbell represents clients in a broad range of technical fields including telecommunications and semiconductors. She has a wide-range of litigation experience, including pre-suit investigations, fact and expert discovery, summary judgment, and trial.

She has represented clients in district court, the United States International Trade Commission, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in actions involving technologies including:

  • Cellular phone technology
  • Semiconductors
  • Telecommunications

Ms. Campbell is a member of ChIPs (Chiefs in Intellectual Property), an organization aimed at advancing and connecting women in technology, law and policy, and NYIPLA (New York Intellectual Property Law Association).

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Campbell worked at a global IP firm and was a Patent Extern at the USPTO. She graduated from Washington & Lee University with a BA in Computer Science and received her JD from Vanderbilt Law School where she was a member of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law.

Ms. Campbell maintains an active pro bono practice.

  • An electronics company in an ITC investigation concerning semiconductor technology*
  • A semiconductor manufacturing company in patent litigation concerning storage and memory technology*

  • A technology company in an IPR concerning noise cancellation technology*
  • An individual inventor in patent litigation concerning vehicle safety technology against multiple global sports organizations*
