Jun Lei Lee

Jun Lei Lee is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.

Mr. Lee represents investment banks, commercial banks, and direct lenders in a range of leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus in acquisition and cross-border financings.

Mr. Lee maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals seeking asylum and assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs in partnership with the New York City Department of Small Business Services.

While attending law school at the National University of Singapore, Mr. Lee was an associate editor for the Singapore Journal of Legal Studies and a pro bono representative at the State Courts of Singapore.

Mr. Lee also served as a Lieutenant in the Singapore Armed Forces.
