Jun Lei Lee

Jun Lei Lee is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.

Jun represents investment banks, commercial banks, and direct lenders in a range of leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus in acquisition and cross-border financings.

Jun maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals seeking asylum and assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs in partnership with the New York City Department of Small Business Services.

While attending law school, Jun was an associate editor for the Singapore Journal of Legal Studies and a pro bono representative at the State Courts of Singapore.

Jun also served as a Lieutenant in the Singapore Armed Forces.
