Junhan Zhang is a corporate associate in the Washington, D.C. and New York offices of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

Junhan advises private and public companies, including private equity firms, strategic investors, and financial institutions, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, SPACs, go-private transactions, and general corporate law matters.

Junhan earned her JD with Honors from University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as associate editor of the Insurance Law Journal and the president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. In her third year, she worked as a legal extern for an international law firm’s M&A group.
