Justin Reinking is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Justin advises public and private companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in connection with corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, reorganizations, preferred equity investments, and public and private financing transactions, as well as on general corporate matters.
