Kaitlyn has gained experience in a variety of corporate transactions, including initial public offerings and public and private debt and equity offerings, in a broad array of industries.

Kaitlyn’s experience includes advising:

  • Deutsche Bank and the remaining syndicate of initial purchasers in connection with the offering of US$410 million senior secured notes by Merlin Entertainments, a gaming, leisure, and entertainment company
  • Belron UK Finance plc in connection with its €8.1 billion (equivalent) senior secured note and term loan financing, the proceeds of which were used to pay an extraordinary dividend to its shareholders
  • Vertical Aerospace Ltd. on its US$50 million in new funding
  • The placement agents in connection with the private placement by CD&R Firefly Bidco Plc of £310 million 8.625% senior secured notes due 2029
  • 888 Acquisitions Limited, an indirect subsidiary of 888 Holdings plc, with its issuance of €182 million senior secured fixed rate notes and €150 million senior secured floating rate notes
  • Verisure, a Hellman & Friedman portfolio company offering home security products and services, in its issuance of €500 million senior secured notes 
  • Aker BP in connection with its issuance of US$1.5 billion in senior notes and concurrent US$1 billion tender offer for existing senior notes
  • Trident Energy in connection with its issuance of US$500 million in senior notes
