Latham's Victory for Dow Chemical Selected as a "Top Verdict"

Katherine Rouse is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins. Katherine returns to the firm after serving as a law clerk to Judge Robert S. Lasnik of the US District Court for the Western District of Washington.
Katherine received her JD from New York University School of Law, where she was an executive editor of the NYU Law Review and recipient of the Environmental Law Prize. She also served as Co-Chair of the Environmental Law Society.
While in law school, Katherine was a law clerk for the California Attorney General’s Office and a research assistant for the Institute for Policy Integrity at NYU School of Law.
Katherine holds a BA from Yale University.
