Kathleen Mehary is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Kathleen represents both issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of public and private financing transactions, including initial public offerings, equity offerings, investment grade and high-yield offerings, and tender offers. She also represents companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance issues, Exchange Act reporting obligations, and stock exchange rules and requirements.
She advises clients on a variety of transactions within various types of industries, including healthcare, biotechnology, and life sciences.
Kathleen was previously seconded to Morgan Stanley, where she advised on a broad array of equity, equity-linked, and high yield debt capital markets transactions.
