Keith Halverstam, Global Chair of the Public Company & Board Representation Practice, counsels clients on capital markets transactions and public company representation matters, including initial public offerings, SPAC and deSPAC transactions, and high yield debt offerings. He also regularly leads large, cross-disciplinary Latham teams in connection with public company crisis management mandates, including with respect to restatements and US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations. Keith also has broad experience and expertise in corporate governance and ESG matters. His prior firm leadership positions include Co-Chair of the Global Capital Markets & Public Company Representation Practice and Co-Chair of the New York Corporate Department.

Keith advises a broad range of clients, including large Fortune 250 corporations, newly public technology and life sciences companies, and major investment banks. His experience includes representing issuers and underwriters in more than 500 capital markets transactions with an aggregate market value of hundreds of billions of dollars.
