Kennan Castel-Fodor is a member of the firm’s global Investment Funds Group and specializes in advising sponsors and investors on the formation of and investment in a broad spectrum of private investment funds, covering private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and other asset classes.

Mr. Castel-Fodor regularly advises asset managers globally, including in the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, on a range of private fund matters related to formation considerations, marketing restrictions, and fund investments, as well as regulatory, operational, compliance, and corporate governance matters.

He is also actively engaged in the firm’s global commodities and derivatives practice.
