Kerri Mesiah leads the Professional Staff Diversity & Inclusion team’s efforts to implement firmwide initiatives and programs.
Ms. Mesiah collaborates with all administrative departments to develop and support the firm’s strategy to build an inclusive and diverse professional community. She also serves as a member of Latham’s longstanding Diversity Leadership Committee.
A former practicing lawyer, she began her Latham career as an administrative department manager in the Washington, D.C. office, then served as Director of Administration in the Houston office. She was named Latham’s first Director of Professional Staff Diversity & Inclusion in 2021.
