Mindy Vo is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins and practices in the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Ms. Vo is licensed to practice in both federal and state court and has experience representing public and private companies in complex commercial litigation and securities litigation.

Before joining Latham & Watkins, Ms. Vo clerked for Judge James V. Selna in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, working on a variety of matters including copyright and trademark litigation, multidistrict litigation, consumer class action litigation, complex commercial litigation, and securities litigation.

While in law school, Ms. Vo was the Editor in Chief for the Southern California Law Review, editing two volumes and overseeing publication. Ms. Vo also served as Legal Writing Fellow for first-year law students, and was a board member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Womxn of Color Collective.

Ms. Vo stays active in California State University Long Beach’s Moot Court program by serving as a guest judge and advising student competitors in oral and written appellate advocacy.
