- TMK on its acquisition of 86.54% of shares in ChelPipe, a Russia-based manufacturer of steel tubes and pipes, from controlling shareholder Andrey Komarov

- Tencent in respect of Russian registration, notification, and data privacy requirements, as well as rules applicable to operation of payment systems
- VEON/VimpelCom in connection with advice on cross-border data privacy and data retention matters
