Konstantinos Beikos-Paschalis is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Mr. Beikos-Paschalis advises clients on all aspects of EU competition law and represents them before the European Commission with a particular focus on anticompetitive agreements, abuse of dominance, merger control and State aid, as well as related appellate court proceedings.

His experience covers several industry sectors including technology, e-commerce, automotive, chemicals, consumer goods, food and beverage, transport, healthcare and life sciences, pharmaceutical, and energy.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Beikos-Paschalis worked as an antitrust associate at another law firm focusing on EU and Greek competition law in Athens. He also gained experience during his traineeship at the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission (Antitrust case support and policy Unit), where he focused on antitrust issues in several sectors. Mr. Beikos-Paschalis has also worked as a legal expert at the Hellenic Competition Commission and as a legal consultant at a major beverage supplier.
